- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of technical submittals, ensuring
compliance with project specifications and industry standards. - Maintain strict documentation control for efficient tracking and referencing.
- Facilitate approval processes by addressing stakeholder revisions and feedback.
- Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify missing or conflicting details.
2. QAQC Compliance & Documentation
- Implement and oversee project QAQC procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory
requirements and quality benchmarks. - Conduct technical reviews to validate material and system compatibility.
- Ensure consistent alignment between design intent and execution on-site.
3. Project Coordination & Technical Support
- Act as a liaison between contractors, consultants, and suppliers to streamline technical
processes. - Provide continuous support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial submittals to final
implementation. - Assist in updating progress reports to reflect real-time project status.
